3D Case Download and Mounting Guide
The 3D case provided is designed to protect and functionally use VitalTrack - PPG&Motion. The basic design is made to be used in various environments. The design provided is a recommended design, but can be freely changed and used according to the user's needs.
· Download 3D files: Download the 3D case files for the VitalTrack - PPG&Motion board from our website.
· 3D Printing: Print the case using a 3D printer using the downloaded file.
· Recommended printing settings (If you use a third-party 3D printer, there may be differences in the quality of the printed results)

▸ Layer height: 0.1mm
▸ First layer height: 0.2mm
▸ Infill density: 50%
▸ Support: O (automatic setting)
- Support Type: Normal (Automatic)
- Critical angle: 30 degrees
· Case mounting
▸ Mount the VitalTrack board into the printed 3D case.
▸ Insert the board into the case.
▸ Install the top cover into the case with the correct orientation.
▸ No need to use screws or clips when installing the case.
▸ Due to the structure of the 3D case, when normally mounted, the sensor is placed within 1 mm of the contact surface.

Changeability: The 3D case provided is designed to protect and functionally use the VitalTrack device. The design provided is the one recommended by Newert, but can be freely changed to suit the user's needs.
Printers and Materials: A variety of 3D printers and materials are available, and the output quality may vary depending on the material. Common materials such as PLA and ABS are recommended.
Customization Tips: You can customize it to your needs by adding ventilation holes, adding holders for cable management, etc. You can modify it using 3D modeling software and then print it.
Usage Environment: It can be used in various environments both indoors and outdoors, and additional coating may be considered to enhance the durability and water resistance of the case.

When installing the case onto the sensor board, the reset button hole on the case must be aligned with the reset button on the sensor board. Once the sensor board is installed onto the case, it is difficult to remove. Please double-check that the reset button hole and the reset button are aligned.
