Newert Signs a Partnership MOU on Biopotential Signals
On February 24, Newert signed a partnership memorandum of understanding with Global Mecha Solution Co., Ltd., a biopotential sensor semiconductor design company, covering devices for measuring biopotential signals and the equipment built on them.
Newert and Global Mecha Solution aim to complement each other's capabilities across development, sales, marketing, and other business activities — jointly establishing and pursuing shared goals and strategies — so that biopotential-related products reach the market on time and meet their business performance targets.
Newert plans to use this partnership as an opportunity to demonstrate its expertise in biopotential signals such as EEG, ECG, EMG, and EOG.

On November 15, Newert signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Konyang Cyber University covering the XR (extended reality) field, with the goals of building an AI- and digital-based education environment and cultivating practically minded convergence talent. The agreement covers curriculum development for hands-on convergence education, joint planning and development of XR content for remote learning, and policy recommendations and advisory work.
